Kingdom Roads Account Deletion
Kingdom Roads is operated by Queen Sugar Honey Ice Tea Inc.
If you have created a Kingdom Roads account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
You do not need to keep the Kingdom Roads mobile application installed in order to request deletion.
Delete Your Account in Kingdom Roads
If you still have access to your Kingdom Roads account:
- Open Kingdom Roads.
- Go to your Profile/Account Settings.
- Select Delete My Account.
- Review the deletion information.
- Confirm the deletion request.
The application will process the account deletion according to the Kingdom Roads account-deletion system.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you cannot access Kingdom Roads or have already uninstalled the application, you may request deletion by contacting:

Please provide the email address associated with your Kingdom Roads account so that we can identify the appropriate account.
For your security, we may need to verify that you are the account holder before completing a deletion request.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?
When an account deletion request is completed, Queen Sugar Honey Ice Tea Inc. will delete or de-identify applicable personal information associated with the account according to our deletion procedures.
This may include applicable:
- Account information
- Profile information
- Authentication/session information
- Profile photograph
- Personal information associated with the account
- Other account-associated information that is subject to deletion
Some information may be retained when retention is reasonably necessary for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security
- Dispute resolution
- Accounting or recordkeeping requirements

Other legitimate legal purposes
If information must be retained for one of these purposes, it will be retained only as permitted or required by applicable law.
Community Content
Kingdom Roads allows users to submit community content such as posts, comments, replies, images, videos, links, reports, and other contributions.
When an account is deleted, associated community content will be handled according to Kingdom Roads’ account-deletion and data-retention procedures. Depending on the type of content, information may be deleted, removed, anonymized, or retained when legally permitted or required.
Business, Event, or Resource Submissions
If you submitted a Kingdom Business, event, resource, or other information through Kingdom Roads, some information may have been processed separately for administrative, verification, safety, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
Where applicable, deletion requests will be reviewed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
